Citizen Child

Citizen Child is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to protecting the rights of children involved in divorce.  We are committed to educating and assisting you in your effort to get your child support and visitation at little or no cost.

2. Made up of divorced parents who care about their children’s well-being and who demand more responsiveness from their government when it comes to helping with child support, visitation, and changes that make the whole process easier.
3. Staffed with experience:

• President Robert T. O’Donnell has spent over 20 years monitoring child support and the industry. He has been a member of the National Child Support Enforcement Council since its inception and a vocal advocate for children in both Austin and Washington D.C. His company has collected more than $800 million in child support for their clients.
• The Citizen Child’s team of attorneys and support personnel understand the business because they have been involved in the industry for more than 20 years.
